Verbal estimates provided over the phone are preliminary and subject to change upon on-site inspection. Written quotes provided after a physical inspection are binding for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted on the quote document. Work does not begin until a written quote is accepted.
Initial inspections are provided at no charge for properties within our service area. The inspection includes a visual assessment of accessible interior and exterior areas. We do not disassemble walls, open sealed voids, or perform destructive investigation as part of a standard inspection. Conditions that are not visible during a standard walkthrough may affect final pricing.
We do not require ongoing service contracts for standard one-time treatment jobs. Where a multi-visit program is recommended and accepted, the terms, visit schedule, and pricing will be documented in writing. Either party may cancel a multi-visit program with 48 hours' written notice after the initial treatment visit. Fees for completed visits are due regardless of cancellation.
You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the areas identified for treatment on the scheduled service date. If access is unavailable or unsafe on arrival, a trip charge may apply. We reserve the right to decline or postpone work in conditions that present safety hazards to our technicians.
Where a written service guarantee is included with a quote, it applies only to the specific species and entry points addressed in that job. Guarantees do not cover new infestations resulting from conditions that post-date the treatment or from areas not included in the original scope. Any guarantee terms are stated on the written quote; verbal guarantees are not binding.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a written payment schedule has been agreed in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned-check fee. Unpaid balances over 30 days may accrue interest at 1.5% per month and may be referred to a collection agency.
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, Winston-Salem Rodent Control's total liability for any claim arising from services or website use shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, property damage not directly caused by our work, or damages from rodent activity occurring before or after our service period.
We carry general liability insurance. Evidence of coverage is available upon written request.
All website content — text, structure, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Winston-Salem Rodent Control. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
